Hi - hope someone can help

My client is using IE 5.2 for macs and can't view his new photo albums - a quick abridged version is on http://www.realstonefloor.co.uk/test.htm

It behaves perfectly well under IE5 & IE6 on PC

Sorry to say but I'am running with a PC and Internet Explorer 6.0 and I can't open your images with the link you provided. I can see the place holders but they don't show up.

Could the uploaded links still be pointed to the files on your own hard drive? I did that once, it looked fine from my machine, but didn't work for anyone else.

be included in a future release".

Pity they dont mention this is the sales blurb !!

So - who now feels like going back to their finished sites & re-jigging the code ? - Ive got over 300 images on various sites that can't be viewed by IE Mac users & whats worse is - the site looks like pants to them & refelects badly on my clients & my company !!

Does anyone have a true indication of how many users we are talking about ?

Not good, considering most of the graphic designers I know work with macs.

According to Xara Customer Service - "IE 5 on the MAC is not supported. Safari and Mozilla on the MAC supports the photo album and navigation bars but not IE." Netscape 7 also supports the photo album and navigation bars. Because Microsoft will no longer develop Internet Explorer for Mac. I recommend you adapt one of the other browsers for use on the MAC.

Unhappily it's not my browser thats the problem - its my clients ! Im miffed because the first time I used Xara Photo Album commercially I was unlucky enough to pick up a customer in this minority, - a good designer should cater for all etc etc - just bad luck I guess.

Im now having a problem with another customer whos only got a 12inch monitor & screen resolutions are a problem - nothing to do with Xara - just saying I really manamge to pick um !
