VERY creative, especially for an 8 year old! I look for him to be a PS guru in a few years. He already knows something about lighting and composition.

Where am I going? And why am I in this handbasket?

Hi daviGB and welcome AppleCider; seem to meet you in a lot of forums lately
Yes, I agree; great work for an 8 year old!
Makes me wonder what he makes next... Keep us all informed, who knows, maybe we're the first ones who saw the first works of a great Photoshop Guru

He wants to become a games designer which i hope will come true for him.

His confidence on the computer, especially with p/s is amazing....whats this ?, whats that ?, hows this work ?

can anyone give me a bit of a clue to what a budding games designer needs to be using (software wise)

Thanks for the comments, his face lit up when he read them !!!
