I need to redownload version 6

ARGHHHHHH!!!!! How come when i was able to d/l a version 6 neither of my serial #s would work !! This is totally unfair i paid for photoimpact 6 and the upgrade to 8 and can't do **** I have to wait till monday and I need it now, i have to get this guys website done before i leave http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/frown.gif

I'm so upset I pay 89.00 for the version 6 in 2001
and I paid for upgrade to 53.00 for version 8 yesterday when I could have bought a FULL VERSION

ummmm does anyone see a robbery of updates !!!!!!!! Or is just me !! Than when they give a serial # and I have 2 neither work!!!!!!!

I am so P** off right now, I have gone thru heck and back

almost over 14 hours just to download upgrade to 8 than I have to go thru one hurdle after another to redownload a version of 6 so i can upgrade to 8

That sounds pretty awful, and of course it's a weekend on top of everything else. I hope you can get ahold of Ulead tech support and get this squared away soon.
