I take it that the name is an acronym of the names of the ladies involved, like BRenda, ANne and WENdy. Also they are local builders and therefore your use of stucco and the mexican type arch in a couple of the logos.
In this day and age I would have thought a more universal emphasis on a house would be more suitable.
Having said all that there are two that grab my attention and both are universal in there outlook and none are drawing real attentiom to the fact that the company is run by 3 ladies, #2 and #8.
Design is thinking made visual.
Their names are Brenda, Annette and Wendy. Darn close.
I did try three simplified heads with three hairstyles (all pretty similar) but I did not do a very good job and my wife said they looked like Nuns. :-o
Thanks for the comments. I'll pass these along to the trio.

I like #3, only Gary!! The last one is a sun which represents male energy, the moon represents female energy, so that's not right. Some of the others are OK but there are elements that just do not "do it" for me. Wish Maya would stick her head in here and offer up some advice!!

Hi
What about this idea? It was a bit rushed so not as accurate or polished as it could be.

If I had to choose I'd pick #2, with the same reasons as Risto wrote, but IMO the "femininity" doesn't really show in these designs.

I like #3, #4... or #9
I too am for Design #2. The colours, lines, flow, etc., give a feeling of "femininity" but the 'Building' concept doesn't seem to be there.
Although the shapes that the Thumbnail for Design #4 does give an idea of construction.
IMHO, of course! http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif

http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif Hi Gary, sorry I'm a bit late in voting for a design, but here goes:
The most graceful design to me is the flowing feathers or leaves design #2...but the design itself doesn't make me think of construction work. As long as there's the name Branwen Builders with it though it works just fine. It looks classy. The one that very much brings to mind house construction is #8...that works even if there weren't the name added...I instantly think of wood framing of a home. I like this design too, while it doesn't have a femine feel perhaps that's not important to them anyway...it says "professional" construction to me and that's a plus if I were having a home built...I wouldn't care if they were women or not only how good a job they do. The coloring says wood also...not really exciting colorwise but there still something I like about it. #3 is pretty nice and #7 is very feminine if that's what they are after and want to emphasize...but it feels a bit more like a landscape company because of the tulip.
So my favorite is the logo #2. http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif
