Hey, is it possible to have a web page that you can draw on, ie. i want to set up a webpage that resembles the interface of 'paint' that people can draw a picture on and then submit. Is this possible using something like flash, or is this way too advanced?

You can do that through several alternatives:
It is possible either using a Java Applet or a Shockwave file. Probably you can even do it using Flash.

I think there is a number of free Java applets that will let you see what you can do. Check these sites for free Java applets:

thanks for that,
the only thing is though that the java ones that i saw cannot be saved, and that sixzed thing was pretty cool,you could save stuff, but it was limited in what you can draw,
