Hello everyone...I'm back again with another "pull-out-your-hair-bang-head-against-wall problem!

So this you'd think would be simple. I have an object, a PNG, a graphic wavy-shaped divider, that I want to have full width, not sticky, and I need it in FRONT of other page objects/elements.

It WILL move to front just fine IF:

~ I don't stretch full width (I need full width) and Sticky Properties is Off (I don't want it sticky anyway).
~ I don't stretch full width (I need full width) and Sticky Properties is ON, but it moves it somewhere random on the page and not anywhere close to where it should be.

It WILL NOT move to front IF:

~ I turn ON Stretch Full Width (I need full width). As soon as I do this, with Sticky Properties OFF, it goes behind other objects. But in the correct place on the page.
~ I turn ON Stretch Full Width (I need full width). As soon as I do this, with Sticky Properties ON, it moves to the front, but in the INCORRECT place on the page.

So, I need full width ON, Sticky OFF, and the object in the FRONT. That's all. WTH? I DO have the object on the Mouse Off layer. It is at the top of the object list on that layer. The object is a PNG, but I also tried it as a JPEG. I also created a bitmap copy to see if that would work, and nope. I also attached it to a box, grouped them to see if that would force it to stretch full width and stay in front, and nope! So, is this an impossibility? Am I missing something basic? Or is this a glitch in the system?

As usual, thanks for any help you can offer.
