Animation - GIF does not tween

Thanks everyone for looking at this.
Here is the link to the initial question on the Magix.info forum, "Since MS no longer support Flash on Windows 10, what are my options of creating animations, upgrade or other software?"

I've posted the link to this thread on the other forum so that Brian-Bennett can see the possible solutions.

As for me, I have no problem as I don't make GIFs except with Xara 3D Maker 7, and it seems to work fine. However, for someone who just wants to make a little animation as a GIF in Xara DPX or P&GD, then the solution seems to be to create a transparent avi and convert that to GIF with something else.

Let's see what Brian has to say.
