I agree to that.

But .... I am Dutch, started to buy in England the products of Xara.
Product : from Xara 5 until .... was fun , paying by Paypal, was fun, support was fun.

Then the introduction of Magix from Germany. Xara becomes Photo and Graphic Designer 365 - 12 , Webdesigner xx , Page Layout etc. » paying no problem.
BUT ... asking support in Germany , asking how the offered webhosting should work , asking what ???? Mister ... you don't have this, you don't have that,
asking where time is no cost, terrible worthless answers.

Have also Magix Video, Photostory, Photo Manager, Musicmaker .... I keep the Photo Designer only, because there is no better and I won't work by cloud.
But every product with the name of Magix, will not be renewed.

Yes, I'm frustrated.
