If you go to File > Open Recent > Backups... You can go back and see if you can find the site before you deleted the page.

There is a small down facing arrow (v) next to Date Modified. Click that to see a calendar. You can search your backups by time and date.
Thanks for your response! That's what I thought which is why it seems so odd to have 3 less pages on my mobile variant than I do on the other 2 variants. Unfortunately (and oddly) the only backup is from yesterday and the page wasn't there then either.
