This is sloppy from a few perspectives. First - the fact that I'm loading the page from within the US, from an IP address that's well within the Verizon FIOS IP address allocation for US customers, should be sufficient so that the site doesn't override my request for "www.xaraxone.com" and redirect me to "www.xaraxone.com/eu". While a reload of any sort is inefficient, it should at least be loading "www.xaraxone.com/us"...and as you suggest, there are more efficient ways to provide locale appropriate content without forcing a reload. This is more than a bit embarrassing when these issues occur on the home page of site for a company promoting web development software, hosting, cloud services and - tutorials...certainly makes it harder to establish credibility in the space.
