I have used this program for a long time. Suddenly the program would not connect online. I have tried everything. I uninstalled, cleaned computer, reinstalled clean download and "Run As Administrator". I contacted support and they asked me to send them a log file, which I did. They never responded. I have tried contacting them several times since and no response. I have to say that as a very long time user.............I am extremely disappointed in Xara and since I can't get the program to connect online, I guess I need to look elsewhere for a program.

If anyone has a solution to this problem........I would be grateful for the help. When I try to update or connect a box comes up that says: "You need to be online to use this feature".
