Well, I did... had... a real senior moment when I decided to buy 'Photo & Graphic Designer 9'. My brain had me pick 'Page Layout Designer 9' instead.

Only after it downloaded did I see that I bought the wrong program. I panicked. Oh no, how am I gonna make them (Xara) believe that I made this honest mistake? I mean with all the 'stuff' that goes on today.

Anyway, I made my case, explained what I had done, told them to deactivate the ser. # for PLD9 and that I would NOT install the software. So I had my fingers crossed.... and here's what the outcome was.

In less then 24hrs, I had a short, simple email saying, "here's the download link PGD9... and your ser.# will be in the 'my products' section of your account on Xara". That's it! Done! I'm blown away.

Let me say that Xara has put the cherry on top for me. It's customer service like this that creates LOYAL, LOYAL customers.... (they own me now)

Thank you Xara... after so many miserable experiences with other company's customer service over the years, you have no Idea how you have restored a huge part of my faith-factor.
