    Default Incorrect serial number

    I'm submitting this out of sheer frustration! I ordered, paid for, and downloaded WD9 PREMIUM from WDMX Premium. I'm dying to be able to fully use it beyond what can be played with in the "preview" version, but I was sent an email thanking me for buying WD 9 and sending me a serial number for 9 and not PREMIUM, so of course it doesn't work. Xara support is not responding to my response to the initial email and TWO support tickets. I know they're busy with a new programme just having been released, but, sheez, this isn't rocket science. All I want is a correct serial number! Any advice???? My order number, btw, was/is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX if anyone can help.
