 A very nice mushroom I photographed last weekend. I was pretty sure it's an edible one, a Coulemelle, but I never cook a mushroom unless I'm 100% sure. 99% just doesn't cut it!

After a bit of research when I got home I discovered it was a Coulemelle and there was a whole fairy circle of them that I could have picked. Never mind, more food for the wild boar!
