Anchor fast Anchor

So I've done this.

The problem is I want it to appear as a PNG without the backgrond but can't manage to do it.
I'm using webster 2 but just can't get the hang of it at all.

I'm also using 3D6 but thats OK.

Also attached is the PNG I and trying to replicate and rotate.

I don't want anyone to do it for me, I'll do it myself.
I just need a push in the right direction.
