I have a Web page that I would like to modify, and I'm not sure how to approach it. Size is 1000pxX1900px. I like the shape, but I'd like to alter the size without losing the shape. It is a textured blend and I'm not sure how to approach this. I would love to do an outline if I can figure a way to knock out the fill, then I could begin anew.
