Hi
I have a webpage showing in an iframe on a page, but when i try to scroll the page with the mouse pointer in the middle of the page it will not scroll down, but when i go to
page background with my mouse pointer then the scroll works this is happening in Internet explorer 8 and 9, why? i want it to work when i have my mouse pointer in the middle of the page. By the way it works in chrome.
