Here's the method I have used

► Removing object from a photo with Xtreme 5 2.35mb

[1] clone original photo
[2] draw freehand shape over object to remove
[3] select shape and cloned photo, press Ctr+3 to 'intersect'
[4] select the fill-tool and drag fill to find matching area
[5] feather object slightly
[6] group with original photo

Repeat as required for other object removal.
