help with repeating (tileable) image

hello i am trying to make an image that will repeat but i am stuck i have made a pattern but it wont repeat smoothly i need it to repeat horizontally i don't care about vertical repeat. How should i go about making this image into a repeatable pattern i have included an example .xar file that will better explain my issue and clearly shows an example image. ps i must add that the image must be transparent.
