Mouseover Help

I have created a website with mouseover buttons, they worked just fine until today! I have recreated the entire mouseover layer for each and every page, but they still aren't working. Everything is grouped on their layer where need be, everything has a link, sigh! I need help please Anyone have any ideas or hints or faced this issue themselves? I am frustrated now, sigh
