I created an image that I wanted to use on my vbulletin board in place of the vb_bullet that's already there. I created this as a static gif at 16pts and uploaded to my server. After modifying a few templates, I was able to get the image to show on a few of the pages, but not on all of them. I'm thinking the gif may be too big. I'm told that it should be 15x15 pixels.
