The Pelican Brief (or How to create a Motion Blur)
Those of you who check the Xtreme Plugins forum from time to time may have been following the recent "realistic motion blur" thread using Xara Xtreme. This is something that might appear to be difficult when, using Photoshop or other raster apps, this would appear to be so easy.
