How to save as a .ps file

I wish to save the attached advert for Yellow Pages in .ps format ( Their preferred format). Could someone kindly tell me how to that.
I attempted eps but half of the ad is missing.
An alternative would be TIFF but it must be 600dpi and the xara maximum seems to be 300dpi
