I like QRCode Monkey for the same reason. Plus many many options.

Jeff, I agree but Zint, https://zint.org.uk, is not just QR-codes. It also has a powerful feature I'm thinking of using for a Scrolling website; there is a Sequencer so you can input a text sequence like .../index.htm#xr_page##$ and (almost) get each page's URL.
You then Export as SVG and add back into the site's pages.
barcode-generator.org uses Zint and is on-line (but no sequencer).

I'm not sure but I think Designer Pro has the ability to create QR codes to link to web pages.

It does but has a serious limitation: it fails!
https://www.talkgraphics.com/showthr...-Scaling-Fails. I reported this over 6 years ago. All I wanted then was SVG.
Websites would benefit from dynamic barcodes.

Yes, understood. There are dozens of free websites that can create these, a few in vector format.Websites would benefit from dynamic barcodes.

Jeff, I am sure we are at cross-purposes here. Zint has 8 export formats, including the ones you mentioned.
Zint, however, handles 40+ formats, not just QR-Codes.
It works for me as Zint has an API that has in the past allowed me to uniquely label paper forms & mailshots; produce stickies for collation of scanned material; set up destinations of scans so items are automatically routed.
I used it more in MS applications and Oracle as a Crystal Reports free alternative.

I can see the need for a bar code generator for some items. As far as QR codes are concerned, I very seldom see them used anymore. How many people have scanned a QR code recently for much of anything?
I know that Iphones has the QR code reader built into the camera function now so you don't have to download an App to read codes like you use to have to do. But are people actually using this function?
