Hello.

I have a video on the site with a 40% transparent rectangle png on it.
I have disabled the retina function.
Only on iphone the video is not seen.
It can happen?
Is there a reliable emulator IOS to test the site?
thank you

Can you post a link to the site and those of us with iPhones can look and see if we can see the video

Thanks gwpriester's for replying.
I created a sample page only in mobile version with 2 videos.
In the first video the code is this: <video class = "xar_meplayer" src = "index_htm_files / videotest1.mp4" controls autoplay width = "100%" height = "100%" />
In the second video the code is this: <video src = "index_htm_files / videotest1.mp4" controls autoplay width = "100%" height = "100%" />
A friend of mine says that on safari the video doesn't start automatically.
I know that Safari in 2018 disabled media autoplay.
the example site: opencreative.it
OK Opencreative.it does not auto-start in Safari or Edge on my iPhone.
Acorn, Gary, Egg, Chris, Siran, someone, is there a script that will start the video automatically?

Can't help with Safari (no Apple devices) but the autoplay works with Edge on Android. Maybe iOS rather than browser?
@megapixel51, you state on your site that you removed the Xara player code...I agree, let the browser look after the controls.
Chris - The video did not automatically start in Edge or Safari on my iPhone with the latest iOS.

Must be.That makes me wonder if it's iOS rather than browser.

I ask you 2 questions. Have you ever had problems like this? What is the correct way to insert videos on a page?
Could you check whether this video (reformatted) works on Safari: https://initiostar.co.uk/demo/VideoTest/
Might be able to help, but depends on the answer.
