And it is always good to close the program and reboot your computer and see if the problem resolves itself.

It is possible that the MAGIX/XARA servers were having a off-time.
I have just downloaded v15 and have downloaded all of the On-line Content Catalogue into my Local designs gallery.
The Web interface http://downloadsv15.xara.com/web/cat...ex.html?v=15.0 seems fully accessible. You cannot use this to download into Xara, you must use Insert > From Content Catalogue.
You might get such an error if you are blocking JavaScript.

This error also appears when IE is out of date. If you update your IE through the normal windows update channels it *should* fix the problem.

Yes Rob. The reason was IE. I updated it to version 11 and now I am able to download the content. So problem resolved.
It was my first visit to talkgraphics forum and found that the help from the members is really great and quick.
