    Default Wind Plug-in

I saw a tutorial that uses a Wind Plug-in but I haven't been able to find a place to download the plug-in. The effect will work perfectly for a project I'm working on. Does anyone know of this plug-in?

Did a google on it and came up with this from adobe. Did not download it but it talks about a lightning and wind plugin but it also mentions, Intel(R) Pentium III processor.
    Here's the link: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloa....jsp?ftpID=179

Tried it out just now and didn't show up in the list.
did work in an editor that uses a selection.

I also can't get Xara to see this plug-in. Haakoo, I take it you made it work in a different program? It seems that there's not a xara compatible plug in that generates this effect. Anyone believe differently?

Yes, I see it and it's the effect I'm looking for, but I must have done something wrong in the installation because it doesn't show up for me. I installed it in a folder under . . .pro5/Xara Picture Editor. Then I went to utilities>options>effects and plugins>setup and added the folder, then I restarted Xara, but it's not there. I tried putting it into some other folders, but it never comes up. ??

make new folder put it in there

    in xtreme:
utilities > options > effects and plugins tab > setup > add folder

navigate to folder and press ok

    tick 'enable host specific plugins'

    press ok to leave setup

    press apply [not always necessary]

you may need to restart xtreme

forget picture editor - its dead - only its red eyes are still showing....
