Well, I seem to get much more controllable results with a complex gradient than I do with the shade curve tool. Having said that I can't get the results that either John (Covoxer) or Bill (Soquili) gets with the shade curve. Would either of you like to do a small tutorial ..... Please.
Just as an aside, Thought that I would see how gold came out .........Yes Gary, I know its a bit greener .... It just looked really wrong !!

Does anyone know .... Is it possible to add a complex gradient to a bevel? I only seem to be able to add a simple one

I wanted to add a different gradient to the bevel than I added to the object. I can add a simple gradient to the bevel separately though.

Keith if you control click the bevel are you able to apply a complex fill?
