Or do you mean you want to "fill" the letter O? If so...
- Type your letter
- Import your image
- Delete the imported image
- Open the Bitmap gallery
- Select your letter
- Select your image in the Bitmap gallery
- Click the Fill button in the Bitmap gallery
Your letter now has your image as it's fill
- Now select your filled letter
- Select the Fill Tool from the main toolbar
- Adjust the fill to your requirements
Note: The default for the fill is "Repeating tile". You can change this behaviour in the fill Infobar, which appears above the working area, when using the Fill Tool.

I will give it try Im fairly new to this software, but its seems doable. Thanks fellows I will give it a try
I was thinking as I was surfing for the perfect image, that I am creating this as a logo, so I dont wanna get sued. Is there a place I can get free images, or some kind of free hand tool or templates included in the software.
Hi kwabena, Xara Xtreme Pro comes with shedloads of clipart on the cd.
Attached an example probably of interest, judging by your original post.

Buy a digital Camera? Take your own shots, then you own the copyright...
Of course, you may have meant image inside text, as your title suggests, rather than filling in the empty part of the "O".
Type the "O", place the image you want over it, and select both.
Go to the Arrange Menu and choose Apply ClipView.
You are still able to move the graphic around inside the "O", to position it where you want.
See attached below.
