Steve [sledger] is on record as being an an opera fan - I am a firefox fan.

Whilst there are technical reasons for opting one way or the other, personally my preference is due to a combination of interface/familiarity/available customisations [add-ons]. I know the fox very well indeed.

I wouldn't think you could define one as better than the other in absolute terms - end of the day it matters more how you the user approach things

And I (apparently unlike most of the known world) actually prefer to use IE. Go figure.

To be honest - if FFox was to evaporate I would revert to IE7 now it has tabs and a bit of the same 'feel'. It would be a much easier transition I reckon, and security is not the issue it was, given that I am running MS operating system anyway.

Most important is that you know your browser well and how to use it properly - whichever one it is.

    Sub menu disappearing in Firefox.
I am having exactly the same problem!

If I am understanding this correctly -- Putting the menu in the same divs as the banner at the top results in the menu working properly. -- I am already doing this and it still does not work.

I am curious what you meant by 'check the height'. And if it needs to be 'higher' how do you change the height without changing the width in Menu Maker?

    Thanks, Linda

    Kieth

I also prefer IE and so do many other members.
If only there could be one universal browser
