anyone know of a good Scroll bar tutorial ..

I need to learn how to make a scroll bar that lets a user scroll through a menu of choices that are clickable i.e. - (menu - Scrollbar - Choices/buttons)

GrandmasterFlash's Scrollable Link Window Tutorial

(the page hangs on the load cuz it's missing the associated javascript, but you can right-click the movie and click forward, then right-click again and hit play to get to the rest of the movie)
