perhaps it can be done in PaintShop Pro, and most probably in Photoshop. But in Corel Photopaint with the Cutting Edge plugin, you simply choose for this particular option.
Why not visit these forums here on Talkgraphics?

1) Get some photos of what you want (look in fashion magazines).
2) Find textures you already have in your program, that are similar.
3) Edit the textures by running them through various filters and effects, adjusting the color etc... refering back to the photo of the real thing all the time.
4) Keep doing this till it looks the same.
