Can't import Corel Word Perfect/OCR files

Hi Troops....
All of a suddenly at once...I can't seem to import Word Perfect 8 files that have been OCR's in Caere Omni Pro 10. All of the filters seem to be in place. I have associations, etc. Is this a pecal-you-ee-rarity of CDR10? Or is it OD again?
