I've just got PSP7 and am LOST. Is there any cut-out shapes you can move around to cut sections of images like Microsofts PhotoDraw has ? I can't get away with help files as I always end up with exactly what I DON'T want . Can anyone help ? Thanks.

I'm sorry ...I'm not going to be any help on this one. I'm haven't a clue as to what you mean, as I am not familiar with Microsofts PhotoDraw. Perhaps someone else will jump in and lend you a hand!

If you are looking for different shapes...circles, arrows, stars, etc, however, PSP7 does have those. Choose the rectangular tool with the broken lines..and in the Tool Options box you can scroll through the various shapes.

just highlight an area and go to the menu:
    image/effects/cutout

or highlight the area, make sure your background colour is in a sharp contrast then slide the area out of its "cutout" then add a shadow effect
