I think the last one, Gary, has an irredescent (sp?) appearance to it.

Gary, I commented at graphics.com before I did here, but this is the most convincing glossy effect I've seen Xara produce, great job!

now I remember where I've seen the effect in your last posting. On the Antiques Roadshow (PBS) they showed some Tiffany vases or lamps. They had the same green and purple colors with a gold-like sheen to them. Purhaps a search on Google might find some good examples for you to look at.
