IIS w/ Windows XP Professional

I have it working and can view my site locally but not from someone elses' computer. Does anyone have experience using IIS and would be able to share how to fix my problem?

I am not an expert on this but here are two things to look at:
1. the router settings - a setting usually covers exposing things
2. a firewall may be blocking the port
3. if the other computer is not on the same network ie is coming in via broiadband, then your isp may block this sort of access
