Anyone know of a good site or two with psp 7 brushes? I use a lot of grunge brushes, and I've found that you can never have too many.

It doesn't have much for grunge brushes, but...
http://clickitgirl.net/lush has loads of pixel and swirly-grunge brushes
Did you know you can use Photoshop brushes just as easily? Simple change the extension of the brush from abr to jbr before installing them in PSP.

How do you install brushes? I knew at one time... and then I forgot. I've looked everywhere on google for tutorials and such for installing brushes that you download, but I can't figure it out.
EDIT: nevermind... I figured it out... Apparently I DIDN'T forget how, I was just downloading the wrong kinds of brushes >< Is there a way to convert them so they'll work on PSP 7?

What type of brush did you download?

It should be very simple.
Right click with the mouse on the file name, a drop down menu should open.
Choose "Rename" and edit the file extension (after the "." from abr to jbr).
You'll get a message saying the file may become unuseable, just click ok.
If it is unuseable, just change the file extension back from jbr to abr.
If you are using Vista, then I'm afraid I haven't worked out how to change
the file extension yet - anyone else know how?
Saludos,
Bob.

Outside of a dog, a book is a man's best friend. Inside of a dog, it's too dark to read. Groucho Marx.
Get the free program called ABRViewer to see the .abr files and export them as .pngs and create PSP brushes from the .png files. You might have to check the sizes of the .png files and resize the image to suit your PSP needs, (PSP9 to X1=500x500 or PSPX2=999x999) accepted brushes sizes for the newer versions.
