Feathered shapes, some with fractals, lines and some transparencies. I'm not happy with the hair myself. I just haven't had the patience to draw in all the lines needed to give the real effect of hair. Valery's post is a much better example of hair drawing. He painstakingly drew all those hairs! But here are the pieces to my drawing, for what it's worth...
