Got my Cinema4D V7 upgrade this week and have been playing with the new render settings. So I thought I would put another texture on the workstation, add my computer model and try the v7 render.

Of course after the long radiosity render, I notice that for wood for the floor was not seemless.

Did you have seamless checked in the texture window for the wood?.....just curious.

    Stu,

No I am sure I did not check seamless. But if the texture is seamless I do not think it is neccessary.

    Hi Randy,

I must make hundreds of realistic seamless tiles in a year. For your computer floor, to make it look less important and the rest of the picture more important, I submit to you my Painter rendering of black marble, attached.

It tiles seamlessly, and you cannot really see the patterns if you tile it 5 times or so.
