haha ya actually there's an entire Website built around this poor kid.

The photo comps were just painted on manually using the brushes. You'll obviously then need to know how to paint. http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/wink.gif

You don't really need a tutorial for this. Just open your pic, create a new layer over it and paint away... I'd be more concerned about coming up with novel ideas. Looks like just about everything has been done with this pic. http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif
