I just used Photoshop for that. Of course first i scanned a photo of me taken whilst vacationing in Vegas a couple years ago.
I recoloured the glasses, cuz they were a blood red (like pee-wee herman's in Buffy the Vampire Slayer)... recoloured my previously white t-shirt... and jacked up the contrast on the photo till it became washed out like that. Not exactly rocket science, but i like the effect too. hahaha

It's kinda odd how that photo came to be actually... we were walking along "the street of lights" and i was trying on some sunglasses (at night! hahaha) and a friend said "hey those glasses look really good on you! Let me take a photo." and that's it... otherwise... i'd have no header for the site cuz i'm brainlocked for any other ideas... hahaha DOH! [img]/infopop/emoticons/icon_rolleyes.gif[/img]

Here's a cleaner, uneffected version of the photo... kind of a "before" of the 'after'.

Thought it might show more clearly what was editied in the photo.
