I am looking for a clean forum where I can post my creations and get help in their construction. I use PSP7. Would it be ok to do so here?

The homepage I use is http://www.geocities.com/motdaugrnds...nds_index.html

I would very much appreciate help. Can't find the tutorial that speaks to my need at present.

I am working on the background to a web page. It is an underwater scene. I'm having difficulty with making it look as though the water is alive. I am using PSP7 and have multiple filters at my disposal. Any suggestions?

Great picture Mike! The shadows do give it some life, or depth.
