Did I see what I thought I saw?

When you spend over 90 minutes on the bus daily commuting to/from work like I do, you get to see things a lot of drivers miss.

As my eyes were glazing over this evening on the way home, I saw these two signs over the highway about 10 seconds apart.

For those of you that don't live here in the States, you may not be able to appreciate this, but I sure would love to see what these signs look like in your country.
