Blinds

Hi,
I'm more used to xara x but got PI5 as a bundle with my digi camera. I've been playing around with it and I like it. But I've been trying to do a TV screen look. (horizonal lines across an image) I know PSP has a feature called blinds which when adjusted right give the lines effect I'm after. I can't find a way of doing it in PI. Do any of you have any suggestions?

Stephanie has a tutorial for this at http://www.eastofthesun.com Search the tutorial archives, and you'll find it. I believe it's in PI5 archives, but it could be in PI6 as well.
