Photo Glory:
Dropped exposure, increased highlights, dropped shadows on the girl's face. Colourise.
Luminar Neo:
Change sky, recolour to reduce faint white halo, added sunrays, added 'candlelight' filter, removed second balance stand.
Topaz Photo Ai:
Recover girls face, denoise (Ai), enlarge x4 (Ai), recolour (Ai).
Xara Designer Pro+:
Removed white halo around trouser legs, blend whatever that green square is next to the totally janky hand.

If I was going at this 100%, I would choose a better sky, take the time to remove the colour staining the guy's lower back and the girl's cardigan around her hands. Not sure how I'd attack that mangled hand, but I'd probably look for something close and replace it in Xara. If cloning would be needed, then Luminar Neo for sure.
