Importing SVG Files Loses Dash Patterns

When I open (or import) an SVG file with Photo & Graphic Designer, any dashed lines in the original get changed to solid lines. I believe this used to work in the past, so I wonder if something has changed? Is there a way to open SVG files in P&GD and preserve dashed lines?

which version of P&GD are you using
which program created the SVG and do they open ok in any other program
can you post up an example ? - ie attach an SVG file
