The text is fragmented into individual words because you have used Full Justification. Xara fiddles with the spacing without using spaces properly.
Change from Full Justification or select the text area and apply the special Name, htmlblocktext. This makes the text justified in paragraph chunks. The line spacing may need to be adjusted.

You may get 5,000 external asset files if you have used Xara's NavBar. Each button can be 4 separate images. so the total image count for a NavBar could be 19 Buttons times 19 pages times 4 images times 2 variants; almost 3,000 images. You also get JPEG images produced for browsers that do not support the WebP image format; these are not accessed by the viewer if their browser supports WebP.
