Page Not Showing Up

Never mind I think this is a go-daddy issue. Can't find how to delete this post.

I have a 1-page job application website. My client wanted me to add another page which will be a totally separate form, with no links to it (so it has no nav bar). They want to only be able to get to that page by giving out the url of that second page. The website is expertconstructionjobs.com. The name of the second page is fullapp. Shouldn't I be able to see the page using url expertconstructionjobs.com/fullapp.html??
