Actually, I hadn't noticed.
And I have quite a way to go, to get to nearly 22k.
Scribble? Hmm. I'm not sure I can work out what it is, either!

when I saw yours egg I thought - window, probably in a door, one of those designed to let light through but not to enable a clear view of what's inside; green glass, could be a hothouse/water-garden

jono - wodden toys! I had some of those, oh so long ago [so don't ask me when ]

Spot on really HD.
I just took the scribble, cloned it and resized it smaller
Blended between the two.
Cloned, and flipped right.
Cloned both and flipped vertically.
Placed a sharks like mouth behind these shapes to border them.
Arrange/Combine shapes/ Slice cut shapes to create individual shapes.
Bought in a random photo. Ovelayed sharks mouth shape.
Arrange/Combine shapes/ intersect shapes.
Create bitmap copy.
Create palette from bitmap.
Used palette to fill individual shapes.
Applied various palette fills to them.
Applied Bevels to all.
Applied 50% Soft Light transparency to partly reveal underlying forest bitmap.
And as you say it looks similar to a stain glass window in a door.
