Default What are you doing with Xara at the moment?

Quiet around here lately....... so I thought I'd create a post of what I'm messing about with now. It's not for any reason, just for my own pleasure. Thought I'd have a go at gears and then animate them in svGator.

Perhaps other members may like to show what they're up to with Xara at present.

    Stereograms. And more stereograms.

I just sent 40 CMYK files to our Japanese publisher. They will publish 30 of my images and 30 of my partner, Gene Levine's. We've had this gig for almost 30 years.

Our Facebook page now has 50,000 followers. Our new Instagram page has 6,700 followers. And our fairly new YouTube channel is almost up to 2,000 subscribers.

Are we making any money? A little.

Work related: making WWII photos look a little better for a history presentation. To be fair, I'm using Topaz Photo AI and Photo Glory as well as Xara. It's a joint effort, as was WWII.

Not work related: 3840 x 1080 desktop wallpapers.

Mostly breaking XPro+, just reported to Xara. Got a reply back in under 4 minutes. Beats the old Magix helpdesk!

Trying to document and develop all my nuggets into an on-line resource so they are not lost or wasted.
I have chosen Obsidian as my authoring tool as it is so flexible and comes with its own search. It is a personal wiki on steroids and free.

just finished the anatomically incorrect yawl that you can see here:

apart from that not a lot unless you count assembling drawings done in other programs into one, something xara is rather good at

Thanks peoples. There's a wide variety of things going on here and it's great to see all the uses your putting Xara too. Keep them coming please.
